Interactive Work Schedules
The master data administration in the IBS quality management solution includes the "work schedule" function. The work schedule function displays each operation in the production quality control process and defines dependencies between the operations. You can create "n" work schedules for a part. The network plan or the connection with individual operations is displayed as both a table and graphic.
Multidimensional Shift Calendar
The multidimensional shift calendar enables the display of production time that is actually available for production planning, allowing for customer-specific shift plans or time models. The calendar allows you to fix labor times and assign teams. Graphic elements help you assign persons and access groups and fix times that are to be rated as effective production time. The ERP system provides available master data.
